David Boies named runner-up for Time's "Person of the Year"

Described by a client as a lawyer who "gets newly discovered by every generation" and characterized as "a previously undiscovered species of superstar lawyer," David Boies was named by Time as a runner-up in its annual person of the year issue.  Boies was recognized for his zealous and innovative advocacy in landmark cases such as Bush v.
