Counsel Anne Hinds Promotes Legal Education Through ‘Justice Teaching’ Program
BSF counsel Anne Hinds appeared as a guest lecturer at Palm Beach Central High School in February 2010 through the Florida-based Justice Teaching program, aimed at education the state’s youth on the American justice system. Anne specifically discussed the Fourth Amendment and judicial decision making. She found the experience “rewarding” and plans to remain involved in the program. In addition, Anne continues to work pro bono with the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach. Her work includes representing younger children in the dependency / foster care situation, and older children that are aging out of the foster case system. She has also taken on the representation of several children in delinquency matters.
