Elle Magazine Names Karen Dunn Among ‘Most Compelling Women in Washington’

Elle magazine named Washington, D.C., partner Karen Dunn among the 10 Most Compelling Women in Washington, a list of top Washington luminaries headed this year by U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch. In a profile of Ms. Dunn under the headline “Karen Dunn, Super Lawyer,” the magazine describes how she scored a big win in court for a major client, the same week that she prepped Hillary Clinton for the first primary debate. The magazine also highlights Ms. Dunn’s work in all three branches of the U.S. government before she joined Boies, Schiller & Flexner in 2014.
Ms. Dunn practices high-profile civil and criminal litigation, as well as strategic counseling and crisis management. She has been recognized for her work by The National Law Journal, The Washington Post, and Law360. She has been named a Litigator of the Week by both the American Lawyer and the Global Competition Review and was named an Outstanding Woman Lawyer by the National Law Journal in 2015.
