Marianna’s practice focuses on ESG and commercial law. She advises national and international companies on sustainability, impact economy, social entrepreneurship, and business and human rights.
Marianna assists clients with the adoption and implementation of sustainability models, corporate policies and ethics codes, the incorporation of companies as benefit corporations, and in the outcome of the B Corp certification. She also advises on ESG/human rights due diligence, non-financial reporting, and impact measurement.
She also regularly assists foundations, associations, social enterprises, and NGOs, advising them through incorporation, reorganizations, extraordinary transactions, and adjustments required by applicable law.
