Brian has extensive experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial litigation as well as in securities litigation and white collar defense.

He currently represents a hedge fund in a group of cases related to tax shelter transactions. He has also defended major corporations in securities fraud class actions and derivative suits, as well as individual and corporate clients in SEC investigations into insider trading and revenue recognition practices.

Brian served as a law clerk to the Honorable Raymond J. Dearie of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
