  • Bringing Fifth Amendment Takings and Illegal Exaction claims against the federal government on behalf of a large shareholder class in Starr International v. United States
  • Seeking declaratory and injunctive relief against the United States and a foreign government for violations of constitutional, contractual, and property rights on behalf of a private company
  • Representing a consumer marketing company before the FDA for approval of a new medical device
  • As part of the firm’s commitment to pro bono legal services, successfully defending a client in an eviction proceeding that resulted in both a successful outcome and a substantial settlement for the client
