Profile

Joshua’s practice centers on complex commercial and appellate litigation. Clients value his focus on the key issues that matter both to them and to the court. As the firm’s pro bono coordinator, Joshua also helps Managing Partner Jonathan Schiller oversee the firm’s significant pro bono commitment.

Joshua has worked extensively on appellate matters before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second and Fifth Circuits, the New York First and Second Departments, and the Superior Court of Pennsylvania. Joshua works both on appeals from his own cases, and when brought in to overturn an unfavorable result.
