Melissa’s practice focuses on high-stakes, complex civil litigation and antitrust matters. Since joining the firm, she has represented clients in the technology and advertising sectors. She maintains an active pro bono practice with a focus on issues relating to gender equality, sexual harassment, and civil rights.

Melissa clerked for the Honorable Analisa Torres of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and the Honorable Joseph E. Irenas of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. While at Harvard Law School, Melissa participated in the International Human Rights Clinic and represented asylum seekers as part of the Immigration and Refugee Clinic. She also interned at the Planned Parenthood Federation of America, where she worked prior to law school.
