Natasha Harrison, the Managing Partner of Boies Schiller Flexner’s London office, was named a finalist in the Inspirational Women in Law Awards. Harrison was named in the Solicitor of the Year category.
The awards, hosted by Legal Week, seek to identify women in law “who are the trailblazers of their generation, driving much-needed change in the legal sector to make gender equality a reality.” The awards were set up by Spark21 in the run-up to the centenary of the UK’s Sex Disqualification (Removal) Act 1919, which allowed women to enter into the legal and other professions for the first time, with the support of the Bar Council and the Law Society.
Harrison acts on behalf of funds, investment banks, corporations and governments in high stakes international litigation and arbitration, and is recognized as a leading banking and commercial litigator. She opened BSF’s London office in 2014, and has built it to six partners and 12 other fee earners. Legal Week shortlisted Boies Schiller Flexner as a London Office of the Year in 2017.
