On behalf of Tampieri Energie S.r.l., Boies Schiller Flexner finalized the acquisition of Energia Civile S.r.l., an Italian company operating in the field of district heating.
With this acquisition, the Tampieri Group aims to recycle its production waste for district heating purposes and operate more sustainably.
