Jacopo Mosca Lectures at 24Ore Business School

BSF associate Jacopo Mosca gave a lecture as part of the 24Ore Business School full-time Master in Law & Business on the legal framework pertaining to extraordinary corporate transactions, both domestic and cross-border. In particular, the master class concerned mergers and demergers transactions, as well as the innovations brought by the implementation of EU Directive No. 2121/2019 across EU member states, including Italy.
