Jacopo’s practice focuses on assisting family-owned corporations, private clients, and family offices in a wide array of matters, including generational transfers and asset protection, international tax planning, and governance arrangements.

Jacopo has worked on corporate and tax matters, and in recent years has focused on family businesses. His matters include generational hand-overs through the establishment of trusts and holding companies.

Jacopo has experience assisting clients in the rationalization of their business and private interests, including by performing national and transnational business transactions and deals.

He regularly assists foundations and associations in the management of their relations with third parties, advising them on their day-to-day needs.

Jacopo is a member of the research and teaching group on mediation and negotiation at the University of Trento and coaches students for national and international competitions.

Jacopo’s experience includes:

  • Assistance to an entrepreneur and philanthropist in the incorporation of an incubator/innovation hub with the aim of enhancing initiatives to protect the environment and climate, as well as through venture capital operations concerning innovative start-ups as well as R&D activities in the field of decarbonization
  • Assistance in the expansion project of an Italian family-run company operating in the polymers sector by setting up a subsidiary in the United States
