Andrew’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. He represents a diverse array of individual and corporate clients, as both plaintiffs and defendants, in areas including contract law, health law, sports law, and antitrust.

Before joining the firm, Andrew served as Chief of Staff to Dr. Ezekiel J. Emanuel, a leading bioethicist and health policy expert. In that capacity, he assisted in the development of two books and consulted with lawmakers on a variety of health policy issues. During law school, Andrew served as a judicial intern in the chambers of Judge Gregory M. Sleet of the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware.

Andrew’s recent experience includes:

  • Representing a private equity firm in a complex, multiyear litigation against its liability insurance carrier and insurance broker
  • Representing a leading fashion and lifestyle company in a series of disputes concerning the construction of a flagship retail store
  • Representing the owner of a professional sports franchise in a high-profile dispute concerning league policy and governance
  • Representing a group of fourteen women’s advocacy organizations as amici curiae in a matter before the United States Supreme Court
  • Representing a pediatric health care provider with a national presence in litigation against an insurance company
  • Representing a global energy company in a high-stakes litigation to recover damages it sustained in an international bid-rigging and commercial bribery conspiracy
