Colleen’s practice focuses on high-risk commercial litigation, consumer class actions, and antitrust litigation. She has also represented numerous clients in adversary proceedings before bankruptcy courts. Colleen’s attentiveness to detail, high-level legal research skills, and ease with litigation procedure make her an invaluable addition to any litigation team.

Colleen is currently representing plaintiffs in several large-scale class actions, including against two wholesale grocery distributors for violations of antitrust laws, and against automobile and parts manufacturers for fraud and violations of consumer protection laws.

Prior to law school, Colleen served as a policy analyst at the Manhattan District Attorney's Office in New York.
