Meredith is a thought leader and authority in the field of data privacy, including the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Meredith counsels large U.S. and multinational companies on data privacy, GDPR and electronic discovery matters, and she is a member of multiple drafting committees for the Sedona Conference, a research and educational institute dedicated to the advanced study of law and policy, and whose work is often adopted into law by federal courts.

She has handled multiple complex antitrust matters for Fortune 500 corporations and represented the top corporate officers of one of the nation’s largest banks in defense of a non-compete action brought by a Fortune 500 corporation and leading financial holding company. She has also represented interests of private investment firms in disputes in federal court and in relation to Securities and Exchange Commission inquires. Additionally, Meredith is actively involved in the firm's pro bono practice, playing a leading role in representing victims of international sex trafficking.

Meredith is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) and a Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM). She is also the leader of the firm's e-discovery practice group.

Prior to joining Boies Schiller Flexner, Meredith served as a law clerk to the Hon. Donald M. Middlebrooks in the Southern District of Florida, including a sitting by designation on the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
