Sarah’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, antitrust litigation, and class actions.
Sarah currently represents direct action plaintiffs in antitrust cases concerning the broiler chicken, pork, and beef markets. She is also a member of the BSF team that achieved a $2.7 billion settlement in an antitrust suit against Blue Cross Blue Shield, the largest settlement ever recovered in an antitrust case that was not the subject of any government enforcement by the federal or state antitrust authorities. Sarah’s prior antitrust work also includes bringing a Section 2 claim on behalf of a regional sports network and representing a leading corporation in responding to Congressional requests.
Sarah also has represented corporate clients in federal courts throughout the country, including in breach of contract, tortious interference, and misappropriation of trade secrets cases.
