The New York Times reported on a $663 million judgment against Trinity Industries, the highway guardrail maker accused by a firm client of producing a faulty product. “The fact that a federal criminal investigation is pending is hardly surprising given the strength of the evidence we presented at trial,” said Nicholas Gravante of Boies, Schiller & Flexner, a lawyer representing Mr. Harman. “The evidence of fraud in this case could not have been more compelling.”
