Alanna Rutherford was named a Rising Star in the Trials category. She has played a significant role in many of the firm’s high-profile trials, including Starr v. United States, the constitutional takings case brought by AIG shareholders.
Josh Schiller was named a Rising Star in the Sports category. He is currently heavily involved in the firm’s day-to-day work for fantasy sports company DraftKings in several states.
Matthew L. Schwartz was named a Rising Star in the White Collar category. He joined the firm last year to launch the Firm’s Global Investigations and White Collar Defense Practice, after serving as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Southern District of New York, and represents entities and individuals in government and internal investigations.
