Partner Alessia Allegretti returned to the SDA Bocconi School of Management to deliver her annual lectures to students in the Master in Corporate Finance program. Her two sessions focused on current trends in the family office industry and on family businesses and governance, and explored the main governance structures, succession issues, and legal tools relevant to entrepreneurial families across generations.
