Partner Alessia Allegretti, an officer of the International Bar Association (IBA) Private Client Committee, will participate in the IBA Annual Conference.
Alessia will chair the session “Ownership by Design: Using Trusts, Foundations and Holding Companies to Balance Tax, Governance and Control.” Along with panelists from multiple jurisdictions and different backgrounds, she will discuss how the design of ownership structures can help families and business owners navigate governance, control, succession, and long-term strategic planning in an increasingly international environment.
