Boies Schiller Flexner partner Alison Anderson, who previously led a team that oversaw monitorships within the DOJ's Major Frauds Unit, was recently interviewed by Global Investigations Review about the early termination of Glencore’s monitorship.
Alison shared, “The DOJ’s decision to drop Glencore’s FCPA monitorship as well as its market manipulation monitorship is a really strong statement about how the Trump administration feels about monitorships in general. They’re taking an even stronger stance than they did in the first administration.”
