Directors dismissed from Far & Wide claims
As reported in the South Florida Business Journal on July 11, 2008, Boies, Schiller & Flexner obtained a final judgment dismissing all damages claims filed by a court-appointed bankruptcy trustee who was seeking $150 million from the former directors, officers and investors in Far & Wide Corporation.
