The National Law Journal has named BSF Chairman David Boies one of the 100 Most Influential Lawyers, in their first such list since 2006. In their search to identify “members of law’s power elite,” the editors conducted independent research and considered nominations from the legal community. Mr. Boies was noted especially for his political clout and media presence, in addition to his major litigation successes in the past seven years.
