BSF is pleased to announce the appointment by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) of our Partner, Richard Feinstein, to serve as its Director of the Bureau of Competition. "This position is extraordinarily important to the enforcement of U.S. Antitrust laws," said BSF Managing Partner Donald Flexner in reaction to the FTC's announcement. Mr. Flexner added, "Rich's appointment also comes at a time of economic crisis which will challenge the Director of the Bureau of Competition to respond with creative and effective pro-competition polices."
