Within days of the October 16th arrest of Raj Rajaratnam, Founder and General Managing Partner of Galleon Group, on charges of alleged insider trading, BSF was retained by Galleon to represent present and former employees of the company in connection with the ongoing criminal and civil investigations by the DOJ and the SEC. Firm partners Alan Vickery, Nicholas A Gravante, Jr. and Harlan Levy and counsel David Nelson are managing the representation in what has been described by the DOJ as "the largest hedge fund insider trading case in history."
