Boies Schiller Flexner partner Carl Goldfarb and other panelists will discuss the intersection of antitrust and intellectual property in the Second Circuit’s June decision involving the Federal Trade Commission and 1-800 Contacts. In that case, the Second Circuit vacated the Federal Trade Commission decision against 1-800 Contacts and ordered the lower court to dismiss the case, affirming the standard that must apply in similar disputes.
