David Boies and Ted Olson Team Up to Challenge Proposition 8

BSF managing partner David Boies has teamed up with former Solicitor General Theodore Olson, who battled against Boies in the historical Bush v. Gore Florida-recount case in the 2000 election, to challenge California's Proposition 8 - which eliminated the right of same-sex couples to marry in California - in federal district court on the grounds that it violates the U.S. Constitution.
