Partner Hamish Hume was quoted in the Wall Street Journal and other media this week after arguing before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia on April 15 on behalf of shareholders who object to the government’s sweep of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac profits into the U.S. Treasury over the past three years. Mr. Hume was also featured in an interview in DS News.
