BSF partner Hamish Hume was selected as a 2023 Plaintiff’s Attorney Trailblazer by The National Law Journal.
The seventh-annual list recognized Hamish for his impactful work on the high-profile Blue Cross Blue Shield settlement (among other matters). "My background handling thorny constitutional issues, as well as the fact that I started my career in tax law, gives me an unusual perspective in thinking through legal problems and identifying potential arguments, like those we used in that case," Hamish said about his path to becoming a trailblazer.
