Jon Mills, counsel at Boies Schiller Flexner in Miami, was named a Lifetime Achiever by the Daily Business Review. The award recognizes lawyers who have made a significant impact on the practice of law in Florida over a notable law career.
Mills has appeared in courts across the country on matters including constitutional issues, privacy issues, voting rights, and defamation. His experience also includes appellate practice, cybersecurity, and privacy issues, and he has represented clients in the Florida Supreme Court more than 30 times. He is Dean Emeritus, Professor of Law, and Director of the Center for Governmental Responsibility at the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law.
The award will be presented at the Daily Business Review's Professional Excellence Awards on May 23.
