The Honorable Eugene Nardelli has joined Boies, Schiller & Flexner as Counsel in the New York City office. Until his retirement from the bench in 2011, Justice Nardelli served for eighteen years as a Justice of the Appellate Division, First Department, including two tenures as Presiding Justice.
