Corporate Counsel magazine's cover story featured BSF's litigation against Chiquita Brands over security payments the company made to Colombian groups designated as terrorist organizations.
Lee Woloksy, who along with Douglass Mitchell is leading the BSF lawsuit for a class of the family members of terror victims, told Corporate Counsel: “Our clients have waited over a decade for justice.
