Alec rejoined the firm after serving as the inaugural clerk to the Hon. Lara K. Eshkenazi in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. His litigation experience spans a variety of practice areas, including complex commercial disputes, securities and consumer class actions, and criminal defense. He prides himself on his ability to quickly process information and turn it into cogent, creative, and persuasive arguments.

Alec maintains a robust pro bono docket in addition to his billable matters. In the past, he has represented criminal defendants in both state and federal court and tenants living in substandard apartment complexes controlled by the New York City Housing Authority.
