An avid advocate for her clients, Alisha focuses on complex commercial litigation on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state courts. Her diverse experience includes appeals, class actions, financial institutions and private equity litigation, professional malpractice, high-stakes commercial disputes, and complicated commercial arbitration matters. Alisha also represents clients in all aspects of intellectual property law, including patent, trademark, design, and copyright litigation.

Prior to joining Boies Schiller Flexner, Alisha served as a law clerk to the Hon. Paul C. Huck of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, where she managed both civil and criminal dockets in one of the busiest federal trial courts in the nation.

Before that, Alisha served as an Assistant County Attorney at the Miami-Dade County Attorney's Office, where she focused on commercial and construction litigation and served as legal counsel to the South Florida Workforce Investment Board. Prior to joining the County Attorney's Office, Alisha served as a federal appellate law clerk for the Hon. Theodore A. McKee of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
