Andrea represents clients in a wide range of matters, including breach of contract, business tort disputes, antitrust claims, and enforcement actions. Her practice also includes white collar investigations and counseling on remediation and compliance. She also devotes a significant amount of time representing victims of sex trafficking as a member of the team representing victims of Jeffrey Epstein in litigation against him and his co-conspirators.
In addition to her private sector experience, Andrea completed a secondment with the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee, where she conducted investigations and assisted in compliance efforts for various sport organizations.
Before joining the firm, Andrea clerked for the Honorable Robert N. Scola, Jr., and the Honorable Lauren F. Louis of the Southern District of Florida and for the Honorable Justice James E.C. Perry of the Florida Supreme Court.
Andrea is committed to serving her community. She is active in several professional and community organizations, including serving on the Young Professionals Council for Legal Services of Greater Miami and is an active member of the Federal Bar Association. Born in Colombia, Andrea is a native Spanish speaker.
