Angelo’s practice focuses on assisting private clients and family-owned businesses in a wide array of matters, including generational transfers, asset protection, and corporate governance, as well as Italian entrepreneurs in expanding and developing their businesses.

Angelo has also accrued experience in the field of restructuring and insolvency law, assisting clients in crisis management and debt restructuring.

Angelo provides pro bono assistance on consumer protection law for the Italian National Consumers Association, and he acts as ADR representative in Joint Commissions with AGCOM, ARERA, Trenord S.r.l., and Trenitalia S.p.A.

  • Assistance to a family business in a group restructuring involving the transfer of quotas of Italian limited liability companies into a holding company and a corporate governance reorganization
  • Assistance to a family business in a debt restructuring involving a debt sale and purchase agreement between several financial institutions and a private investor with equity option on the companies of the group
  • Assistance on the incorporation of a foreign-owned limited liability company under Italian law
  • Representation of a private client in a lump-sum debt settlement plan in its insolvency proceedings
