Daniele regularly advises Italian and international companies on all aspects of employment law, providing ongoing strategic guidance on workforce management and employment-related issues. He also represents employers in a broad range of employment-related disputes, including anti-union litigation, executive-level terminations and harassment claims.
Prior to joining the firm, Daniele worked at one of Italy’s leading tax and legal firms and later at a prominent U.S. law firm, where he developed a specific focus on employment litigation.
