Daniele regularly advises Italian and international companies on all aspects of employment law, providing ongoing strategic guidance on workforce management and employment related issues. He also represents employers in a broad range of employment related disputes, including anti union litigation, post acquisitions matters, executive level terminations, harassment claims, agency, and social security disputes.
Prior to joining the firm, Daniele has worked at one of Italy’s leading tax and legal firms and later at a prominent U.S. law firm, where he developed a specific focus on employment litigation.
