Ivan works on high-stakes commercial litigation on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state courts. His work includes cases involving antitrust, contract disputes, and professional malpractice.
While at the University of Miami School of Law, Ivan interned with Hon. Jose Martinez of the Southern District of Florida, where he assisted with the drafting of orders in several breach of contract and Title VII matters. Ivan also has experience working directly with clients and opposing counsel from his time interning at the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s office, where he gained experience on issues relating to the rules of evidence and the trial process in the criminal context.
