Jake litigates high-stakes disputes involving artificial intelligence intellectual property issues, and cybersecurity. He has experience representing defendants and plaintiffs ranging in size, from individual journalists to Fortune 10 companies. 

Prior to joining Boies Schiller Flexner, Jake clerked for the Hon. Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. He has published academic articles on artificial intelligence and copyright, and before law school, was a founding member of the legal team at a self-driving car startup.
