Jake has represented plaintiffs and defendants, including individuals and Fortune 10 companies, in high-stakes litigation involving technical subject matter.

Jake joined the firm after serving as a law clerk for the Hon. Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. He has published academic articles on artificial intelligence and copyright, and before law school, was a founding member of the legal team at a fast-growing self-driving car startup.
