Jeffrey represents both plaintiffs and defendants in commercial litigation across a diverse set of practice areas, including antitrust, intellectual property, and environmental matters.

Jeffrey’s recent experience includes advising individual and institutional clients in Chapter 15 bankruptcy litigation, securities litigation, regulatory investigations, and a contract dispute resolving matters of first impression under state law. He also represents plaintiffs in a class action against a major technology firm.
