Rowdy’s practice focuses on complex civil litigation representing both plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state courts.

Prior to joining the firm, Rowdy clerked for the Hon. Robert A. Molloy of the District Court of the Virgin Islands and for the Hon. Beth Bloom of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

During law school, Rowdy was a symposium editor on the Georgetown Journal of Legal Ethics and a student attorney in the Housing Advocacy and Litigation Clinic, where he successfully obtained a reversal of a judgment for eviction in the D.C. Court of Appeals.

Additionally, Rowdy also gained experience interning for the EEOC, the Peace Corps, and the U.S Department of Veterans Affairs.
