Kelly’s practice focuses on appellate law, civil rights law, employment law, and the law of non-profit organizations.
Prior to joining the firm, she completed three clerkships in both state and federal courts at the trial and appellate levels. She also has prior experience at North Carolina Legal Aid and the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division.
