Lauren represents plaintiffs and defendants in complex trial and appellate litigation, focusing on data privacy and security, class actions, and antitrust. Lauren advises clients in business and consumer litigation involving privacy class actions, regulatory matters, and antitrust issues, including data misuse, wiretap acts, and consumer data reporting.
Prior to joining the firm, she worked as Federal Policy Counsel for a civil and human rights organization with the Biden administration. During law school, Lauren served as a judicial extern for the Hon. Fiona Mwale and the Hon. Chifundo Kachale in Malawi’s second-highest court, working on the civil and criminal appellate docket. She has also worked as counsel for clients pursuing civil relief for torts committed by the U.S. government. Before law school, Lauren had a career in human rights and served as a U.S. Peace Corps Volunteer.
