Marta’s practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution.
She assists companies and private clients in judicial and extra-judicial proceedings involving contractual, corporate, and commercial matters. Her practice also includes advising businesses on the drafting and interpretation of commercial agreements and on the management of day-to-day corporate affairs.
Prior to joining the firm, Marta worked at an Italian law firm, where she was involved in civil and commercial cases and assisted businesses in managing contractual issues. She also worked at a Brazilian law firm based in São Paulo, supporting Italian clients investing in South America, including the establishment of foreign subsidiaries.
