Max works on high-stakes, complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts, and arbitration tribunals. His recent experience includes representing insurance and pharmaceutical companies concerning contract disputes.

During law school, Max partook in internal and external moot court competitions and participated in a First Amendment amicus brief clinic. As part of his work with the clinic, he helped draft merits and cert stage briefs for the federal appellate courts and U.S. Supreme Court, and he argued the case Arizona Board of Regents v. Doe before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
