Megan has litigated matters before the U.S. Supreme Court, the Florida Supreme Court, federal courts of appeal, federal and state trial courts across the country, and arbitration panels. With a focus on antitrust and other complex commercial disputes, Megan has represented plaintiffs and defendants throughout various phases of litigation, including case initiation, discovery, dispositive motion practice, and appeals.
Megan also devotes a significant amount of time representing victims of sex trafficking. She has been a long-time member of the team representing victims of Jeffrey Epstein in litigation against him and his co-conspirators. Committed to public service, Megan has also been involved with litigating Criminal Justice Act matters and serves on the board for the Women's Breast and Heart Initiative.
Before joining the firm, Megan clerked for Chief Judge Cecilia M. Altonaga of the Southern District of Florida.
