Noemi is a regular speaker at conferences and postgraduate programs on employment data protection and the HR implications of artificial intelligence. Before joining the firm, Noemi trained at one of Italy’s leading employment law firms and later worked at a prominent U.S. law firm, where she developed deep experience in transactional employment matters and industrial relations.
