Owen’s practice focuses on antitrust class actions, including representing a nationwide class in a monopoly action against a large technology company. His practice also includes intellectual property law, government investigations, and pro bono matters.

In law school, Owen served as a student attorney in the Appellate Litigation Clinic, representing indigent defendants throughout their appeal process in circuit court.
