An avid advocate for her clients, Rachel focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state courts. Her work includes high-stakes commercial disputes, antitrust, and commercial arbitration matters. 

Before joining the firm, Rachel served on active duty in the U.S. Navy Judge Advocate General’s Corps where she was a prosecutor, in-house counsel, national security litigation advisor, and appellate counsel. Rachel managed all stages of complex criminal litigation and successfully tried numerous high-stakes criminal matters to verdict.

Rachel also served as a law clerk to the Hon. Judge Curtis L. Collier of the Eastern District of Tennessee, where she managed both civil and criminal dockets.
