Bobby joined the firm after completing federal clerkships with the Hon. Roderick C. Young of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia and the Hon. G. Steven Agee of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
Before clerking, Bobby served as a student advocate in the Special Education Advocacy Clinic and the Veterans Benefits Clinic. He partnered with parents to help secure critical services and accommodations for their children and assisted veterans in obtaining the benefits they had earned through their service.
